Production area: Hills of Murisengo, Monferrato Casalese, Piedmont, Italy.
Vine: Freisa 100%. 500 years old ancient native vine from Piedmont.  

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACHTERISTICS

Structured wine, garnet colour, tannic. When young, it has fruits and spices aromas, after mid-long ageing develops strong balsamic notes. Vinified in wood, it is aged for two years in regenerated barriques.

PAIRING NOTES

Goes very well with important dishes and fusion cuisine. Excellent meditation wine.
